Session 1: Where Are You Now?
Personal History + Values Elicitation
We begin by taking a snap shot of where you are. If you want to get somewhere, you only need 2 pieces of information: Where are you, and where do you want to go. We donât set up camp in the past. This is a focused set of questions to understand where youâve been, how your values are driving your choices, and whatâs actually important to you.
We gently map the territory so we can change it. You can't change anything you are not measuring. Awareness is the first step. From this foundation, everything becomes possible. Youâll likely leave this session already lighter, clearer, and ready for whatâs next.

Session 2: Emotional shifts: It's time

Think of these sessions as an emotional reset. You're changing your perspective and letting go of the old build-up of Anger, Sadness (session 2), Fear, Hurt, and Guilt (session 3)âthe big 5 that unconsciously shape our reactions, beliefs, and even the people we attract.

This week we take it next-level. Youâll identify and replace those beliefs like âIâm not good enough,â or âSuccess isnât safe.â (Yeah, those sneaky ones that have been running the show).
The unconscious mind needs directionâso through this process you let go of what no longer serves you and decide how you want it to be instead, rewiring your brain with empowering beliefs and decisions. Youâll leave feeling reprogrammed at the identity level, aligned with the life you actually want to live.

Session 5:Â Values alignment: turn your focus towards your dreams

If your values are your internal GPS, itâs time to make sure theyâre set to the destination you want.
In this session, we clean up any conflicts, take focus and energy towards what is wanted instead of fighting and pushing against what is not. This creates momentum, flow, and the kind of inner inspiration that doesnât require hustle like motivation does.

Session 6:Â Calibration and Integration
Check-In, Fine-Tune, Activate
We pause and look backâit's often a surprise how far you've come! Time to celebrate who you have become. From here, we fine-tune anything that still needs clearing or integration.
Whether itâs still a sneaky belief, emotional pattern, or a final integration, we get it done. This session brings extra precision to your transformation. Itâs like the detail work that makes a masterpiece pop.

Session 7: What does the future hold?
Full Integration + Future Focused Flow +Â Â Lock it In
Youâre not the same person who walked in seven weeks ago. This session celebrates that. We anchor the changes, focus on whatâs next, and align you with the future thatâs now calling you forward.
